Two hours after our initial call to you your representative arrived in the most dreadful weather conditions to inspect the damage. The following morning I received your very competitive quote which I accepted the same day. On the first workable day your team arrived and carried out the repairs plus several minor ones they found along the way all in a single day. The following morning the invoice arrived which I felt obliged to pay by return of post.

Recently I also needed to call on the services of electricians and plumbers - all failed to turn up when they said, none bothered to phone me for the inconvenience, all gave ball park quotes none were in writing etc. then to deal with Furber Roofing was like receiving fresh air after choking through the mire of crappy trades people!
